The Volume deals with the administered areas of the Sibi District. As well as other tracts which are under the control of the Political Agent Sibi.

The greater part of this work consists of original matter collected and collated  by Rai Sahaib Diwan has also personally served in the district.

Much useful information has been derived from Dr.Duke’s Report on the Thal Chotiali and Harnai 1883. Mr Bruce’s Report on Marri and Bugti tribes. Mr Dames Report on the Sibi district 1879.
